At MELIVIA, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. We currently ship throughout the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and begin once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly indicated on our website and may be subject to specific conditions or minimum purchase requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery of your package.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.
MELIVIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.
Delayed Orders
If we are unable to ship your order within the announced processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date. You may choose to accept the delay or request the cancellation and refund of any unshipped items.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information has not been updated for several business days or your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team.
We will review the shipment with the carrier and assist you in finding an appropriate solution. Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location, mailbox, entrance, and secure areas.

Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.

Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

Contact MELIVIA customer support if the package is still missing.
We will assist you with the carrier’s investigation whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us promptly with:

Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may be delivered on different dates.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United States. Certain remote areas, military addresses, P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have different delivery times or shipping options depending on carrier availability.
